Hello Potential

Some bloggers *stalk* gorgeous homes. Well, I *stalk* fixer uppers. I look for bargain basement homes with potential.  I thought I'd share this weeks finds.
The first house I found is in Green Cove Springs, FL for only $99,000! It was built in 1922: 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom,  2399 square feet and sits on a 1/4 acre.

Here's the *last house I found in historic St. Augustine, FL for $69,900! Yes, only $69,900. It was built in 1918; 1275 square feet with 2 bedrooms 1 bath.
